Devil’s Claw— A herb native to Southern Africa and member of the sesame family. This root has been used for centuries by Native peoples of Namibia, Southern Botswana, and the Kalahari region for its pain and inflammation reducing qualities. Devil’s Claw has been known to improve mobility and reduce muscle spasms in people with back pain, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, and carpal tunnel.
Yerba Santa— This shrub is native to California and the Sierra Nevada foothills. Yerba santa has been used by Native populations for centuries to treat and heal skin and respiratory ailments. The leaves are used to treat bruises, sprains, strains, muscle tension, and rheumatism.
Ginger— Ginger has been used in traditional medicine for millennia, with evidence found in ancient Sanskrit and Chinese texts. This root is a powerful anti-inflammatory that combats redness and swelling. Its antioxidants help promote blood flow and circulation.
