This tea works by serving calming, nervine plant medicine directly to a nervous system that has been disregulated by sustained stress, grief, and the invisible labor of holding everything together. Lemon balm, lavender, chamomile, and red rose petal work together to lower cortisol, quiet the racing mind, and create the conditions your immune system needs to finally recover.

Suggested use:

Steep 1.5 tbsp in hot water for 10-15 mins. drink 1 cup before bed.
