Energetic and spiritual cleansing is a tool for connecting with our highest selves, ancestors and guides. Spiritual hygiene or spiritual cleansing refers to the various methods and modalities used across cultures to remove and rebalance energy absorbed by the physical body. 

In this workshop we’ll learn:

• To identify how you receive messages and how the messages sent by your intuition show up in your body
• Distinguish anxieties and traumas from intuition and spirit message
• To identify what isn’t your intuition or spirit message
• To identify emotional and spiritual triggers 
• An overview various cleansing tools 
• to smudge and pray properly
• To make an altar 
• Cleansing Techniques
• Grounding tools
• Beginner protection work
• 4 easy limpias you can make at home
