Use for: reducing inflammation, back pain, joint pain, bone pain, general muscle soreness and relaxation.

To use: Massage into clean dry skin. For sleep rub into intercostal muscles.Can also be applied to cuts and scrapes. 

Devil’s Claw— A herb native to Southern Africa and member of the sesame family. This root has been used for centuries by Native peoples of Namibia, Southern Botswana, and the Kalahari region for its pain and inflammation reducing qualities. Devil’s Claw has been known to improve mobility and reduce muscle spasms in people with back pain, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, and carpal tunnel. 

Plantain— Is native to Asia and parts of Europe, and was brought over to the U.S. by European colonizers. Plantain not to be confused with the banana is a perennial herb that promotes wound healing by reducing inflammation, blocking microbial growth, and relieving pain. It cools hot, inflamed, uncomfortable aches and pains.

Lavender— Used by the ancient Egyptians and Greeks, lavender has been historically been used for its anti-inflammatory properties that help soothe irritated or inflamed skin, and reduce redness, itching, and swelling associated with conditions like eczema, psoriasis, and rosacea. It’s also a powerful painkiller and sedative.
