Suggested use: 

15-30 drops in water, juice, or by mouth.

Key ingredients:

• Lemongrass — Used in Caribbean and Latin American spiritual tradition to clear heavy, dense, and stuck energy from the body and field; reduces fever, prevents infection, calms the nervous system, and removes mucus from the respiratory tract.

• Yerba Santa — The most important plant in this formula; in curanderismo and California indigenous tradition yerba santa is worked with for protecting the chest and releasing what’s in the lungs. It stimulates the respiratory system, reduces inflammation in the sinuses, throat, and lungs, and works simultaneously as emotional and physical medicine.
