Chicago Copal Limpias

I’m happy to announce that The Bratty Brujita is heading to Chicago! It’ll be my first time in the Windy City and I’m so excited to meet you all! 

When is it?

• Limpias will be performed in-person at Mercedes Zapata’s Studio. It will take around 15-20 minutes.
  

How does it work?

• Copal resin is burned as an incense and the person receiving the cleanse stands in the smoke while the smoke is directed over the person's body. Nothing scary just smoke, Kolonia, and prayer.
  

Who needs a limpia?

• People who work closely with others (Teachers, community leaders, brujas, therapists, nurses, public defenders, day care workers, students, etc.)

• People who are experiencing heavy emotions (anxiety, depression*, sadness, grief, anger, fear) 

• People who always feel like they have tight and sore neck and shoulders and/or headaches.
