Platica with Yvette (1 hr)

Sometimes we need to talk to someone other than our family and friends about our problems. Pláticas are a heart to heart conversation to see what is on your heart and mind. They can be a great accompaniment to traditional talk therapy or any type of personal development you’re working on.

Together we will explore what spiritual, energetic, and behavioral changes can be made and come up with solutions. I can suggest things like herbal remedies, energy work, and shadow work related solutions. Together we can come up with a plan for you to make the changes necessary for you to feel safe, connected, and aligned.

Spiritual solutions are for spiritual problems, in this session we can:

• Discuss adjustments and improvements to your daily routine
• Come up with an energetic care plan
• Discover blockages and discuss solutions
• Tap into what the ancestors have to say
• Get to the bottom of what is bothering you
• Put you on the right path
